Mrs. Pleasant is Principal of BJR Enterprise, LTD and a senior business process analysis consultant with 20+ years driving execution across corporate, institutional, and mission-driven organizations. She partners with C-suite leaders to diagnose breakdowns, redesign core processes, and implement systems that drive performance, compliance, and scalable growth.
Her expertise is end-to-end process analysis and enterprise design—mapping how work flows, eliminating inefficiencies and control gaps, and building future-state operating models aligned to governance, metrics, and workforce capability. She is engaged during growth, restructuring, regulatory shifts, and replication, where execution discipline is critical.
